Dress Code
Following a dress code in dance is beneficial in multiple ways:
(1) it promotes unity within the class,
(2) it lessens tripping or entanglement hazards, &
(3) it builds discipline.

Dress Code
Do NOT wear your dance shoes outside! They collect dirt, rocks, and car/road oils and dirty up the dance floors that our dancers tumble, sit, and lay on. Concrete and rocks also wear on the soles of your dance shoes, wearing them down and creating holes much quicker than normal.
Hair should be pulled up and away from the face. A ponytail or bun is preferred. Buns are required for ballet dancers over the age of 9.
Dance with Me
Tumble with Me
Clothing: comfortable clothing that allows movement for both child and grown up
Shoes: barefoot, ballet shoes may be worn in Dance with Me

Clothing: Dance leotard or dance dress of your choice. Ballet tights
Shoes: Pink ballet shoes, Black tap shoes
Combo Classes Ballet/Tap
Clothing: Dance leotard or dance dress of your choice. Ballet tights
Shoes: Pink ballet shoes, Black tap shoes
Ballet
Clothing: Dance leotard or dance dress of your choice. Skirts or athletic shorts may be worn. Ballet tights. No shirts or pants permitted. Dancers may wear a jacket or cardigan during cold weather.
Shoes: Pink ballet shoes
Contemporary

Jazz
Clothing: Dance leotard or dance dress of your choice. Leggings or athletic shorts may be worn. Dance tights need to be worn if wearing only a leotard. No shirts or baggy pants permitted. Dancers may wear a jacket or cardigan during cold weather.
